Profile Ineligible - Panicking

Hi

I had to resubmit my application because of an error but now on the new application it's saying i'm ineligible for .

I have great language test scores - 8,11,11,12.
a WES converted bachelor degree
1 year + of Canadian work experience
2 years + of English/US work experience.
My NOC codes are all B
Funds are about $12,000

I'm panicking a little here as I should have 400+ points not an ineligible application.

Am I missing something???

Look at the table. It said minimum $12,300

do I need proof of funds if I already I am already working in Canada, salary is around 3000$ a month

Yes if you're not eligible under the CEC program or if you do not have a valid job offer.
