Profile Ineligible in the Express Entry pool -- due to IELSTS expired????

Hi All,

I have applied for the Canadian PR under EE. I got an update on October 5th, 2015 saying "Congratulations! You have been accepted to the Express Entry pool of candidates." Now, I got a new update on November 21st saying that I am INELIGIBLE.

My IELTS was valid when I entered the pool. I see my IELTS were expired on November 9th, 2015. I know the IELTS should be valid before we enter the pool but should it be valid overall through 1 year in the pool????...please explain.

Yes - of course IELTS needs to be valid throughout the year (until you receive ITA). You should retake the IELTS exam as soon as you can.

Your IELTS should be valid not only be valid till you enter the pool but also till you receive ITA and untill the time you submit your application.
