Profile ineligible - How do I withdraw

After I submitted my profile, I was found ineligible.

How do I withdraw the application.. I do not see any option

You cannot delete or withdraw a profile that is ineligible, Try to investigate the reasons for the ineligibility and create a new profile with the updated info.

They gave the normal list of reasons.. How do I know the specific reason?

Possible reasons could be your Ielts score, NOC code, Your experience. Try creating a new profile if you think your Ielts score is good enough and NOC matches the category you are applying for. Even my profile showed ineligible first time and i tried again and it worked.
