PROFILE INELIGIBLE-HELP!

Hi,
I just received a message on my GC key account that my profile is ineligible after making changes to my provinces. The only thing I did was add a few more provinces plus check the "all provinces and territories" option then save the information. Thereafter, a chat box appeared requesting for my e-signature of my declaration that the documents uploaded are authentic and my profile was saved. After one hour, that's when I received the 'profile ineligible' message yet when I check my account, every application detail is there apart from my CRS score, UCI and the score breakdown. Before this happened, I had CRS 450 marks and my profile has been active since last year in October 2019.

Kindly help me on this matter.
