My brother has Ielts L7 S6.5 W6 R6.5

And 8 years of exp in NOC 2283 as test engineer. But after submission it is inelgibity?

He should first for the basic eligibility of the FSW which is 67/100 points

Could you elaborate more? How points calculated?

When he try the basic eligiblity, he received message like "Your details appear to be eligibility under EE. But after submission, it shows ineligibility.
