Profile evaluation required for MBA Fall 2013- seniors pls help!!

Hello

Posting on behalf of my brother:

I am an Indian who wishes to immigrate to Canada permanently. Path chosen for this is to get a MBA degree from a university followed by employment in Canada.

My profile:
IT Engineering degree from Gujarat university - First class (64%)
Campus placement into ICICI bank as Credit Manager (top performer award)
Switched job to Citibank as Credit Operations Manager (total work ex till date 4.5 years)
IELTS - 7
GMAT (first attempt)- 530
GMAT (second attempt) - 500
GMAT (third attempt) - 500 (heartbroken and given up..my practice tests were very misleading as i was scoring 600ish at home)

I am interested in pursuing MBA from a recognized university which can help me land in a good job in Canada.
I am also ok to change career paths to get into IT ..not sure how much viable this plan is but IT jobs are easier and well paid.
Please suggest any other courses other than MBA that may suit my profile.

The deadlines for the university schools are fast approching for the Fall 2013 session..need your expertise urgently so that i can apply in time.

I can understand with GMAT score. most of the universities will be requiring that and at least 600 on that. also I wanted to tell you that you have a very good profile, why going in for MBA. Go for MGM, Master of Global Management in Canada, it is highly in demand. it will be of 1 yr study + 6 months Internship. Royal Roads University, I directly work with the university. you can contact me at singh.monika.aditya@gmail.com. also in case you wish to ahead with MBA only there are few options where in you can apply without GMAT as well. but you have to make it fast as the deadlines are soon going to be over.

i am planning to do a hospitality course from royal roads victoria or a college in vancouver.

i intend to start in the spring intake

what is the average student cost of living in vancouver and victoria?

what is the scope for ODD job opportunities for indian students at cafes, factories, farms and other minimum wages jobs? Do these cities have ample or few job opportunities?

Please help me with this problem, Because it is already late, i want to start my admission process as soon as possible .
