I am in a dilemma whether to create my profile right now or not. I will be moving to Canada on ICT next month. As of now my score is nowhere near the recent cut offs but since my ECA came I was thinking of atleast creating my profile and waiting in queue. But I got stuck in the Country of Residence question. I know that once I submit my profile I cannot make any change however in a month my country of residence will change. What so you guys suggest?
