Profile became Ineligible - IELTs academic mode (must take general mode)

I submitted my profile on Jan 3, 2014
yesterday received message form CIC, saying profile ineligible,
re-checked my entire profile, the only possible reason I can see is
my IELTS test.
I did academic mode last year to apply to universities,
I thought it will work for EE. Instructions on the profile and on CIC website say
we accept only the "general training mode".
Please, leave your comment if you also used results of IELTs academic mode
and your profile became ineligible.

As far as I see when I enter my profile, when entering data for IELTS it only shows option General Training.

My suggestion, select General Training and enter your info as from current results.

And do the General Training later.

I think they started prescreening profiles, verifying ECA reports and language test results.
That is the reason why my profile became ineligible only now - it is 2 month after I submited it.
I will have to create new profile after I get results for IELTs general mode.
By the way, my academic mode results are quite high - all bands 7.5, reading 8.0

it doesn't matter what's your IELTS academic module score.
you gonna take general module instead and reach 6 in all categories.
otherwise, you are still ineligible.
