Hi Akmal, I read a couple of posts of yours in the forum. Sorry to say this but it looks like you havent read the instructions properly. U really need to go thru the application guidelines and requirements from the CIC website. Otherwise, you will make a number of mistakes in your application and it will definitely get delayed.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

The following document has most of the General Information that you need
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf

As for your question, if you have 4 years of full time experience (irrespective of the NOC category), you will be eligible for the maximum 21 points. You need not concern yourself about the part time experience here, because 21 is the max you can get anyways.

I'm glad to be of help but for your second question, actually I have no idea at all. Perhaps u can post it as a seperate thread and somebody else might help u.

However, if you have any questions about the standard processes, you can ask me cos I have gone thru the application guidelines at least 3 times and practically memorized the damn thing.

Its worth the effort... believe me.

windtunnel thank you soo much for your help and for your kind words,

Actually on the form there ar 3 points where I have to mention YES or NOT

Those points are as follows

• been convicted of, or are you currently charged
with, on trial for, or party to a crime or offence,
or subject of any criminal proceedings in any
country?
• previously sought refugee status in Canada or
applied for a Canadian immigrant or permanent
resident visa or visitor or temporary resident
visa?
• been refused refugee status in, or an immigrant
or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary
resident visa to, Canada or any other country

I have been refused once a student VISA for USA in 2005???

Do I have to mention it in any of above points???

Thanks

Well, what's the crime you are charged with or convicted of (if u like to mention)? Will it appear in your police records?

• previously sought refugee status in Canada or
applied for a Canadian immigrant or permanent
resident visa or visitor or temporary resident
visa?

Have you actually done it before?

• been refused refugee status in, or an immigrant
or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary
resident visa to, Canada or any other country

In my humble opinion, being truthful puts you in a much lower state of risk than not being truthful. If the answer for the above 3 questions is YES, then you should mark yes but give them a precise explanation for each point (the application has space and also you can attach extra sheets). Write it in a way to give them the idea that whatever happened was due to genuine reasons which are beyond your control.

On the other hand, if you declare NO for the above and eventually if the visa officers find out otherwise, then your application will be refused straightaway.
