PROCESSING TIMES - TWP Visa / PR Nomination - After LMIA / ITA

Hi guys, I have a dual-intent LMIA in progress and would like to know from some of you who already achieved the Temporary Work Permit (especially from countries that require medical exams) or Permanent Residence, what were your timelines for these processes.
