Processing Times - Sponsorship application for dependent child – born in Pakista

Dear All

I am filing new application for my dependent child who was born in Pakistan. I am PR holder and will be submitting application in CPC Mississauga. Please help me in calculating the processing time for application filed in CPC Mississauga:

What are timelines for?

a. Estimated Processing Time for opening application submitted @ CPC Mississauga

b. Estimated Processing Time for declaring eligibility

c. Estimated Processing Time taken by CHC Islamabad

Islamabad 9 11 14 18 so from here you can see for dependant children in Islambad it is 18 months for 80% of the cases.Icludint the process time in mississauga of 60 days total time could be 20 months give or take a month.

Yes i had to check i few times to make sure it was right.18 months for 80% for a child wow not what i thought it would be i thought maybe 6 at the most but the website says 18

OP- will your child be able to at least join you in Canada or will they have to stay in Pakistan?

For minor children, the waiting time in Isbad is usually less than 4 months. No PCC, very simple medical, and passport that is it.

i am applying for my daughter from pakistan and im canadian citizen..and my daughter is 3 years old,,so its gonna take jus 4 months/?
