Processing times for a Québec Selection Certificate

Hope every one fine ! I need little help. Is there any experience person who can help me? Please
I am from Bangladesh I applied Québec Selection Certificate at 06 May 2013.
How many time i have to wait for first letter and how many time i have to wait for final Certificate.

My details are:

Masters in Computer Science & Engineering.
Also have CCNA.
TCFQ - A2,A2
TELTS - 5.5 5.5
Have Spouse & one daughter.
5+ Work Experience in Hardware and Network.
Any other..

So Kindly tell me How many time I have to Wait. I am little worry about it hope every one understand that.

You have to wait at least 2 years for CSQ interview. Add another 2 years for Federal stage.

If the profession that you intend to practice in Quebec gives 12 to 16 points then your application is eligible for priority processing. There's also a chance to get an interview waiver if you have sufficient points for CSQ.

I recently call Montreal and I was informed by the agent that CSQ nowadays take 34 to 36 months to be processed. There is nothing like priority because applications have exploded in recent years due to quota system of the federal skilled application, the Arab spring, the recession in Europe all this have made more applicants to apply for immigration thro quebec.....I was in the so called priority list with 12 points and a cumulative of 72 points out of a pass mark of 63. I applied in April 2011, to date still waiting.

Total 5 Years ? People will be demotivated about this system. It should be automation.
