Yes,they changed from 21 to 23---Buffalo Office.

from 20 to 23 == London office

For New Delhi office changed from 15 to 16 months. Good news - increase of 1 month only. However, the quarterly update should be for the period till Sept-11, whereas it is mentioned till June-11 only. Why is the question to be answered by CIC?

Same Buffalo 23months official but it will be 23++ (unofficial !!!!), when I applied processing time was 8months at buffalo after getting 2nd AOR and I got 2nd AOR on time even in-process than timelines increased it's gonna 12months , then 15months then 17months then 20months now 23 months......
