Processing Time

Hello everybody!
I’m a little bit confused for the different processing time. In particular I saw that PNP applicant processes take quite long than CEC or FSW. However there are two different PNP applications one on paper based and the other one through the EE.
My case is Canadian Experience Class with extra 600 point received with the OINP. How I should consider my application, CEC or PNP-Inland?
How should I expect my processing time?
