Processing time with AEO for post 28 Feb cases

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for PR to CIC New Delhi with Arranged Employment .My Process is as below:

Regular Application Sent: 20 aug 2008
AOR : 20 SEP 2008
Medical Request : 25 sep 2008
Prrof of funds and
Travel History request : 25 sep 2008
Medicals Done : 10 oct 2008( Sent by doctor on17.10.2008)

Documents sent : 20 oct 2008( Received on 22.10.2008)

My online status is only showing In Process and no information of medical received on E-CAS.It has been 3 months now .
I have not paid Right of permanent residency fee yet as i didnt get a call from CIC new delho for that and when i should need to pay this fee.

So from AOR date , should i expect my case to go through between March and Aug 09 and what next

please advice.
