Processing time to grant visa from CHC Islamabad

Can anyone tell, how much time CHC Islamabad take to issue visa for Quebec Skilled permanent visa, when I have completed step 1 (i.e.sent passport copies to London office and got the letter after 6 weeks) and got the letter to submit my passport to CGC Islamabad? :-\
