Processing Time London Visa Office - Spouse Sponsorship ??

Hello Everyone,

Please can any one tell me whats the average application processing time London visa office is taking to process the spouse sponsorship application.

On website CIC it say 28 months plus 2 months for assessment. is it really true? or the average is something else?

The average is about 10-12 months.
