Processing time is taking long.(Open Spouse Work Permit Visa)

Hello,
I have applied for Open work permit visa of my wife. I live in Canada and she lives in India. I submitted a file to CIC on 3rd May 2018.
And, I didn't get any updates from CIC till mid-August 2018. And then I contacted New Delhi immigration department (India).

Then after, they sent me a letter on 17th August 2018 saying that I need to send some more documents to prove my relationship before 26th June 2018. If they don't receive the required documents by the 26th of June. They'll consider my file as cancel.
Then after, I sent a one request letter saying that "there is an error in your request letter. Letter generate date is 17th August 2018 and document submission date 26th June. And, to kindly accept my new required documents".

Then, I uploaded the required documents on 25th or 26th August 2018. And, again It is taking a long time.
can anyone show me a direction where to move ahead from this or just to wait and sit?

They asked me to send my call history. My pre and post wedding photos with my wife. Pay stubs. And, all of this I already submitted before on 3rd May 2018. Still, they asked me to upload same but recent documents.

Hi Jay,
Did you submitted post wedding photos with your wife when you have submitted your application initially? If you have submitted some photos or marriage certificate probably cic might not have asked those ?
Btw did you submitted on May-3rd still you havent received wp ?

I submitted the required documents on 3rd May 2018. Including marriage photos and other docs. But, I don't know why they asked me to submit again. However, I submitted all the other required documents again on 19th August 2018. And, till today I haven't got Workpermit approved of my wife from CIC. It is about to become 6 months on 3rd October 2018. But, don't know what's going on.

A file is being proccessed at New Delhi, India. And, I generated 2 web forms and also sent an email to delhi immigration. But I am not getting any responce and nothing. I hope that somebody can help me out with that.

The only way is to reach out to Canadian MP and have the MP ask for an update
