Processing time for work permit with LMIA - location from MEXICO

I have applied for Canada ICT WP with LMIA , NOC - 2174 , location - from MEXICO. The site shows mexico processing time 2 weeks. Max 27 weeks.Application was filled with IRCC and I have given my biometrics on 1-Oct -2021.
Still not received any update from IRCC after 27 weeks , Anyone have facing the same issue ?

If someone recently received the WP approval , could you please let me know . Appreciate your help
