Processing time for visitor visas at Moscow Office

Does anyone know what the current wait times are for visitor visas (temporary residence visa) at the Moscow office are?

There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy between the information on the Embassy's website and the general CIC website. It says from 4 to 10 business days on the Embassy's website but on the other main site it says the processing time is 28 days.

Has anyone applied at Moscow recently or know anyone who has applied? What are the wait times generally speaking?

Any help appreciated.

You have the check the Canadian Immigration website. They just increased the wait time for visitor visa in Moscow. My girlfriend is still waiting for one and its been 5 weeks.

Realising some time has passed, how long did it take adambeholder? Has anyone applied recently? I know what CIC posts and what the reality is are two different things.
