Yes, we are located in India. I don’t know whether it’s under sds or non. We paid full fee and gic but ielts exempted by university.

If you have IELTS exempted, then you can't be in SDS. Your application will be processed in India, from whichever embassy is closest to your location in India. The embassies are in Chandigarh, New Delhi and Bangalore.
