Processing time for spouse application for Canada from India

M did my husband’s permanent residency application for Canada in June 5,2019. File received on 14th June,2019 . Got file no on 7th August 2019 then medical and biometric done on 26th August. now m waiting for passport request
Can anybody tell how long for it?

One more question m in India from last 4 months. Is anything to concern?

Then you cannot be in India for 4 months while the application is processed. You really need to get back to Canada or else this spousal sponsorship will be refused.
