Hi,

I will be landing in Canada on PR next month. I would like to sponsor my spouse (who is currently in US) after reaching there.
Which Visa office is used for US and what is the processing time?

Why don't you just include your wife as accompanying spouse in your current PR app?

If you will sponsor her only after you become a PR (so if she's declared but a non-accompanying spouse in your current app) then her processing time may be dependent on what citizenship she has.

Also I see you have already asked this question several times, and been given the same answer each time.

Are you sure i can include her now? I applied using express entry. I have got my passport stamped. Would cic allow changing the situation now. Would they not object as the crs calculation was done considering her non-accompanying. I am very confused because of the mixed responses. Do you have any link which mentions this possibility.

No. I have not. I am scared that they might revoke my PR too. What do you suggest?

What is the best mode to contact VO? e-mail or what? I femail, shoule i use the email ID from which PPR came?

Submit a case-specific enquiry. Rather than asking people who do not have experience with EE, you really should contact the VO to find out the procedure to change your spouse to accompanying.
