Processing Time for Open Work Permit (Spouse of a full time student)

Hi all ,

I have applied for Open Work Permit as my husband is a full time Student .
The application processing time as mentioned on their website and vfs is 2 months .
Since it has been over 2 months , I really wanted to know the status of my application.
I literally have NO WAY to find out how long they are going to take.
I tried mailing the high commission , no replies from there
Called VFS , they refuse to help
mailed VFS , no response in 5 days .


Let me know if any of you who have applied know of a better way to reach out to the consulate to find out what the status of my visa.

Just wanted to ask when did you get your visa, what was you timeline, as I have applied in the same category and want to know how long it takes for OWP for Student Spouse category.
