processing time for OINP

hello guys,

I'm from Philippines and I am a nurse here.

I applied express entry September 2015 and my score is 432.

I got a interest letter from Ontario and I started to process OINP from October 2015.

90 days after I submitted my all documents, I kept sending emails to Ontario Government to ask my status.

on 2016, March, they said my application was at the 2nd stage of assessment.

and I emailed them again on 2016, April, and they said my application was on the last stage of assessment.

and on 2016, May, they said my application was at the 2nd stage of assessment.

AGAIN!!!

Is there anyone who applied the program last year, got an invitation and applied PR already from OINP program?

does anyone know how long OINP usually take?

Supposedly, they should take 90 days to process your application, but nowadays and due to the high volume of applicants, they are taking like 120 days

There are still many OINP FSW applicants from October 2015 who are not yet finalized.

The theory is that they are prioritizing the managerial NOCs and CEC applicants with expiring work permits.

I've read that Ontario Government will open OINP program again from this November.

Do you think this mean they will finish all documents they are processing now by this November?
