The standard processing time from submitting your application to receiving your PR card is 6 months taking into consideration time spent on waiting on cic request to do medical which take some time and other factors that will slow the process down.

ITA on January 30, 2019 and I decided to use an attorney to guide us through the process.

How long it will take if all the documents are submitted at once with the application?

Documents such as:
Police certificates
Reference letters
Declarations
Proof of funds
Ielts
Medicals
Photos
Fees

The six months is the estimated time for receiving your COPR / PR visa - not the PR card. The PR card is a separate waiting time after you land.
