Processing time for ECA through IQAS

Hi ,

I will be really thankful to people if you could address my below 2 queries .

Q1. Does anyone know how long it is taking time for Educational credential assessment from IQAS these days ?
Q2. I have persued MBA from Bangalore university. So will this be evaluated as a master degree or pg diploma ?
