About 1 month ago I submitted my PR application (got my ITA). A few weeks ago I got a message to submit a certified criminal record check that needs to be submitted by beginning of December. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but 5 years ago I was arrested and charged with a crime. The charge was withdrawn and I haven't gotten in trouble since. As far as I know I don't have a criminal record (withdrawn charge).
However, my question now is, how long will the processing time be? I submitted my fingerprint the next day after getting the letter, it has been 3 weeks and still no letter in the mail. Will this take me 120 days since I have been charged with a crime but it was withdrawn?
