Processing time at the cairo visa office

how long does it take to process application for spousal sponsorship at the Cairo visa office? Does it really take 19 months?!

I have no idea how long does it really take to process the whole file.
Reading through CIC, it is currently at 18 months for Cairo Visa office

Any updates on your file ?
