processing time and medicals

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for PR to CIC New Delhi with Arranged Employment .My Process is as below:

Regular Application Sent: 20 aug 2008
AOR : 20 SEP 2008
Medical Request : 25 sep 2008
Prrof of funds and
Travel History : 25 sep 2008
Medicals Done : 10 oct 2008( Sent by doctor on17.10.2008)

My worry is that My online status is only showing In Process and no information of medical received on E-CAS.It has been more tan 2 months now .
The second issue is that do I need to send to any new documents after new rules and how long it will take to hear again from them after medicals

please advice.

your process is super fast, you donot deserve to worry at all. Old waiting times in Asia is 5-6years. I don't know about new document stuff, CIC would let you know if they need it.

But what about this online status ? its showing nothing expect In Process . Medicals have been done 2 months back but still no Information on E-CAS and how long one should wait for it to appear on E-CAS and when to contact CIC regarding Medicals received by them.

CIC does not updates that status in every case as far as i've heard. There were some people on other forum who said the status was in progress even after they landed in canada.

can u tell us how u got job offer is that by agencies..and which one
about online process i don't have any idea couse i applied by migration office not my self..

I have got the Arranged Employment from my brother's boss in Calgary. I sent my supporting documentation 6 weeks ago, and now I am still waiting for A Medical Request Letter. I don't know how longer I will have to wait and they will send me an email about the Medical Request or not??? Anyone can help me be clarified about that?

Well if u had given ur e mail id in application forms then they might use it otherwise they always send by post

They sent me an email when I asked about my application status, they said my package was received and my file is in queue for reviewing, they sent me that email in the first week of supporting documentation. I think they will send me a Medical Request letter in early January 0f 2009. Do you think so? My case belongs to CHC in Singapore. Where are your applications processing, mates?
