PROCESSING TIME AFTER YOUR PASSPORT IS REQUESTED FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION

Hi guys,

I had submitted my online application 3 weeks ago. Today, I got a notification in my CIC account to submit my original passport. (Hopefully this is a good news)

My nationality and country of residence are different. I applied for the visa from my country of residence and I will have to go back to my home country soon for which, I will need my passport with me.


Does anybody know, how much time will the consulate take to return my passport with visa ?

I got stamped passport within 5 working days.i had the option to get the stamped passport through courier or collect in-person.i decided to collect myself,if opting for courier-additional 1-2 days can be expected.
