Hard to say. They are currently changing the process for allowed appeals reprocessing. It has been that cases went back to the original visa office for reprocessing but now this pilot project is sending them to a processing centre in Ottawa, ON. Don't know if yours will make that project, or go back to Delhi, and there's absolutely no way right now to get any idea at all of how long it's actually going to take for them to finalize cases that go to Ottawa as it's a brand new program.

That's the most frustrating piece after an allowed appeal - you wait all that time for your ADR, and then again if you're unfortunate enough to have that fail and you have to wait for a full hearing. And then you wait again, once your appeal is allowed, for the embassy to do the whole assessment all over again! This pilot project is intended to streamline things so families do not have to wait so long. I hope you get in.
