Processing time after sending documents

CIC requested few documents for support my application. Once I send all required documents when will they are start processing and when will I get update from CIC?

My friends got medicals who applied along with me.

There's not specific timeline. They process when they have time and it will depend on the type of document and amount of work they have to do.

If you don't hear back for a long time then order your GCMS notes.
