I applied for Canada student visa on 27 of november. But it’s still in progres.
If it takes time longer does that mean the visa will be refused or approve??
Impossible to say, where were you applying and for which course ? Are there any possible issues with your application such as relevant course, ties to home country, funding, offer etc... Processing times are only averages not committments .
