Hi

Can anybody just clarify for me. I am a South African living in the United States. I am applying under the Federal Skilled program. I am planning to settle in Vancouver. Am I correct in sending my application to:

Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

and I state in my application that the processing office is New York?

The reason I ask is that when you use the map on the cic website Ottawa is mentioned and I just wanted to be 100% sure before mailing the application.

Thanks

The cic mailing address to use depends on whether you're using courier or regular mail and not on your current location or where u intend to stay in canada

I was thinking of using USPS Priority mail. But my real concern is I have the correct address if I stated that I will be settling in Vancouver since some applicants settling in Quebec had their applications returned from Sydney. I was worried that this may also be the case for other areas.

So to clarify all applications irrespective of which country the applicant is currently goes to the office in Sydney NS?
