Processing delay- BG NA

Hello guys,
I'm Manoj from India,
I applied for study permit for jan-2019 on 5th of November, and my process of eligibility evaluation started on 19-11-2018.. and passed med on 21-11-2018... Later everything remains same for around 12 days...I'm so confused and little scary that what's happening??

Med passed- but BG is not started...it is like "NOT APPLICABLE"

Anyone suffered with that issue please share your experience..
