no it could be either way....If you had a request for passport then it could be possibly successful. But processed means decision has been made but it could be either way,

Hi everyone !
I’m currently studying in Canada have a study permit of 2 years, but my trv visa is expired and I applied for new trv visa. Due to crismiss cic is busy here in Canada and I have to come back home pakistan for my brother marriage ceremony which is going to be held on 16th of December ! My question is that, is that possible I can give my passport here in Pakistan for stamp ? Or if it’s so then how much days it would be take ?
