process to move back to Canada with PR card

As many people are going to Canada to landing fomalities and then coming back using AVR and then they get thier SIN, Health Card and PR Card at thier US address because thier Buddy/relative/friend in Alberta do so. Now my question is after you get all your card at US address and then after a while when you go back to canada with three cards and two documents as follows:

3 Cards:
-SIN Card
-PR Card
-Health Card


1 Attachment to Passport
-Certificate of Permanent residence (COPR)
1 Stamped Visa
Now this time would you just enter with assurance that no one is going to stop you at Canadian port because you are entering as Permamnent residence ro you may be stopped ? I mean is your entry assured?

I don't know what info do you get and from who, but as soon do you have your PR in your hands you only need your passport and the PR card to enter to Canada, you're resident, very simple.
