Process to change marriage status after application submitted and AOR received and it’s impact on processing?

Hi everyone,
I filed my citizenship application online in February 2022 and already received the AOR. I filed the application with my marriage status as ‘separated’. My wife is in India and never been in Canada (things went bad before I could sponsor her here).

Also, when things went bad last year I also filled for divorce here in Canada but could never served her the papers. Now since we reconciled I was planning to withdraw the divorce application but as per my lawyer, if we don’t serve paper within a year divorce application become void itself.

Now things have gotten better between us and I want to change my marital status in citizenship application from ‘separated’ to ‘married’. I already did the same in my online CRA account.

How can I change my marrital status to ‘married’ in my citizenship application and what should be the best course of action in this situation?

If anyone can guide me in this please. Thanks

Hi,
My case was different from yours, but hope this helps.
I sent a webform in March stating that my marital status changed from single to common-law after receiving AOR. Last week, I received an email from them stating that my request has been received and forwarded to the responsible office and is in progress. No impact noticed on my application so far.
