Process to apply for PR

Hi All,

I got my work permit 6 months before using LMIA NOC -A category.
I gave the CELPIP english test exam and I got 6 in all.

Can I still apply for the PR or should I give the exam again.

Can any one let me know the steps which I follow to apply for PR
