Process to add new born IP1 is in progress

Hello ,

I am currently waiting on background process step for PR . Can any point me or give me the direction on the step to add new born in the application . Do we have any link for filling webform to include new born .
or do I need to send just email to IRCC to add the new born and they will give the instructions to fill .

Raise a CSE and submit Passport and Birth Certificate of new born.
