I am a Syrian applicant from Lebanon (Refugee)
My app was received 7/2017
Started processing 9/2018
Interview 1/2019
Medical exam 2/2019
1-When does process time start ? From receiving date or process start date?
2-How long does it take to get Decision Made on CIC website?

Just want to clarify for others that you are a private sponsorship candidate. You should be getting to the end of the process now that you have done medical and interview. It should be months not years but there are only so many private sponsorships approved every year.

We are similar I have got decision made by 29/4/2019 and they sent me a letter until now I don't have I checked my email

Yes I am still looking for decision but I contacted to the imigration Canada and they told me that my case is in visa office what is mean that please help
