Process time for loan against FD?

> Which banks provide Edu. loan for PG certificates against FD?
> And Which bank has minimum process time (2-3 days) ?

Hi,

yes you can get the loan from Punjab National Bank but their condition is that the amount of the FD should be 125% of the amount u need as loan.
