Process start time after additional documents submitted.

Hi,

Does anyone know when the processing will start after additional documents are submitted ?

Does one go back in waiting line, meaning will it be considered as a new submit and hence the waiting time would be as original or since the forms were already submitted and we are only resubmitting with additional information, will one be bumped up the line?
