Process of Spousal Immigration to Canada from Qatar

Dear Friends! hope you are doing well. I have to go through the process of spousal immigration to canada as my wife is PR holder of canada. After providing with some on ground facts I would like to ask you guys some questions, your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
I am Pakistani National while I am working in Qatar on company visa, while my wife is living in Canada on PR.

My questions are:

1.From where I should apply for my immigration, from Pakistan or from (Qatar);Abu Dhabi? How my wife can let the embassy know that we want it to process it from Qatar(Abu Dhabi is basically their nearest office)?
2.From where I should go for medical examination.
3.Do I need to get my all documents notarised or they are not needed.
4.From where I should go for consultant, It should be done from my wife in canada or I should hire it from Pakistan or Qatar.

Rest all wedding and other proof is ready. Suggestions will be highly helpful.

your wife has to apply as a sponsor in canada and she can include your resident country as qatar so that they can forward your papers to relevant embassy who deal with qatar.
All forms should be submitted at once. you try to fill your forms and send them to her along with upfront medical receipt for details check

2.From where I should go for medical examination.

go to one of these doctors and say that u need upfront medical .if possible take ur wifes pr copy and both f ur passport copies they
will do some tests and receipt wil be givn to you

but it may ask for pcc which you need to apply

by your wife in canada if every thing is genuine you probably dont need a consultant. try filling your forms by yourself
