Process of getting a NOI

Hi,
Say I create my express entry profile, I will have a CRS of 441 and I'm working as a software developer (heard is highly demanded so I thought I'd opt for a PNP to boost my score).

When I create my profile I'm asked in the region I'm interested, say I select Ontario. If I'm in the pool, will I automatically get a NOI (if I meet the criterias) or do I have to do anything special for them to inspect my profile and get a NOI or not?

https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream#section-1 says
We search IRCC’s Express Entry pool to find candidates who may meet the criteria of Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, as well as other parameters that may be set for each search.

If we identify you as a candidate, we will send you a Notification of Interest (NOI) through your IRCC online account inviting you to submit an online application to the OINP.
.
  1. If that is the case, will I be getting NOIs only from Ontario or other provices as well?
  2. If I'm automatically getting NOIs only from Ontario? Would it be best to not select a specific region when setting up my express entry?
  3. Any tips what I can do in my situation to boost my score by getting a PNP?
Thank you

Hi
You just create your EE profile and show interest in the provinces for which you want to be considered...

Once you are in EE queue. Then as and when they come to send NOI for their respective province and if you meet their criteria they will send you NOI and after that each province have their own process.. ( example: for Ontario you need to create a login on their website and submit list of documents and pay the fee. After that they take 3-4 months to review you application and if they find you eligible and suitable based on the documents shared by you. They will send letter of nomination. You update it in your EE and in the next EE draw you will get ITA). Each province have their own process and timeline.. ...

Hope this helps

Hi

Can I be interested in multiple provinces (or all)?

Then as and when they come to send NOT for their respective province and if you meet their criteria they will send you NOT and after that each provonce have their own process
I understand that the application process afterwards is different for every province but I still don't get it I have to do anything in particular after creating my EE profile to get a invitation to apply for PNP (if they think I might be suitable).

Thanks for the fast response :)

Yes you can show interest in more than one..

You don't have to do to get invitation

Example Ontario select based on your French language knowledge, your CRS, and few draws are specific to few NOC codes based on shortage of skill requirement of that province. On Jan 14 Ontario came with general draw with CRS cutoff at 438 and no specific condition of language or NO code. After that they came up with next draw of people with French as primary language.
Nova Scotia came with draw for specific NOC code

So if I understand this correctly, my best bet would be to create my EE profile, show interest in all provinces and wait for a invitation to apply for one (if any)?

Hi

Can anyone throw some light on profile creation. Shall I first create profile on EE or PNP. Which one would be better option to get faster ITA.?

Sorry for touching this old thread. I have the same situation.

I want to know, if creating EE profile is all we need to do for getting an NOI ? or there is anything else we need to do to highlight our case ? Secondly is this true for all provinces that we have to create EE profile and then wait and hope for an NOI ??
