Process of caq

I got caq for one year but now i i t admission in 2 year course in different college can i ise the same caq and extend it lated when i i reach there or i have to reapply the caq and what is the process for it as choosing the option stating do you ever applied caq while processing new caq is not allowing me to go ahead
