process after police clearance certificated

Hi,
I uploaded my application in 15 January 2018, and I almost went through all the steps since a year, they sent me a request for PCC in 03 December 2018, and I uploaded the PCC on myCIC account by 7 January 2019 and until now there is no response from them..
could anyone assume what is next and how far am I ?

One the recieve you police check, they begin background check. This is the longest but last step. Hang in there. Do you not use gckey?

I do use GCKey and I've uploaded everything there .

It can take anywhere from weeks, up to a year, if you get out into ss (security screening) my husband is on his 3rd month right now .. Started Oct 25.
