Procedure to attain sealed and stamped transcripts from IP University

Hey Guys,
I need to send over my documents to WES so that I can get my educational credentials verified.

But the IP University ( Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university) is creating some problems for me. Can someone please tell me the exact procedure to get my transcripts stamped and sealed? How much does it cost and how many transcripts will I be able to get from them?
P.S: Someone working at the university informed me that it would cost me Rs 2000/transcript. And moreover it takes more than 25 days for them to process this. Is this true? Please help. This is urgent.

Just wanted to check if you are able to get the transcripts attested or not.
If yes , Please let me know the procedure.
