Procedure for visiting visa

Hi there, me and my wife are in work permit and both of us have a valid job. she is pregnant now and we need to invite her parents to Canada through visiting visa. Could you please guide me how to do it online and also what are the documents that my in laws has to submit from India and what are the documents that we need to submit from Canada.

TheTRV will depend on their assets and ability to pay for their travel costs, their previous travel to countries like Australia, UK, US,etc..and the ability to show strong ties to their home country. You shouldn't mention the pregnancy.
